Jack Kellerman of Kellerman Kitchen & Bath
To Be Announced

8:00-9:30 AM

At our Spring Conference, the Advisory Council discussed ways to optimize the SEN website so that a local search for “kitchen and bath” would place our website at, or near, the top of the list. In today’s market, with more potential clients starting their search for information on the web, this timely workshop, featuring a panel of dealers and industry experts, will be a “must attend.” If you want your website to be in the Top 10 of a “google search,” bring your note pads and your ears to this 90-minute session.

Sales Workshop #1B
“Sell It or Schedule It”

Speaker: Jody Seivert M.Ed., IDS

Moderator: Ken Peterson, CKD, LPBC

8:00-9:30 AM

Back by popular demand after the Spring Conference in Florida, Jody Seivert M.Ed., IDS, will wake you up during this early morning workshop. Two of the most important things a Sales Designer must learn in the initial process of gathering information from a prospective client are (1) budget and (2) need. This workshop will outline strategies for making that initial contact with the client, getting an honest budget, and finding out where they are in the buying process. Are they tire-kicking, or are they hot to sign on the bottom line? If you are struggling with having prospects drag out the process, and wasting time on people who are not ready to sign, this workshop will assist you to shorten the selling cycle and increase your closing ratios.

Business Workshop #2A
“Effective Project Management, Communication & Jobsite Etiquette”

Moderator: Tom Blau

Speakers:
Steve Klitsch, CAPS a frequent contributor to Remodeling Magazine

Lee Thomas a SEN Member and Instructor at our SEN Project Manager Boot Camp

David Lea of Fieldt2Base.

9:45-11:30 AM

Every Owner knows that after the sale, the work really begins. Successfully keeping the client happy during the disruptive part of a kitchen or bath renovation is what gets the referral. This panel will address new communication technologies, outline strategies for effective control of the installation process, jobsite etiquette and control of subs, and much, much more.

"I have learned through consistent attendance at the conferences that I am not alone with the problems I face daily in this business.  The uniquely distinctive  program SEN has created through dealer roundtable discussions provide me with a pool of knowledge of over 700+ years of business wisdom and experience.  Not only do I benefit from the collective wisdom of over 200 other dealers but I am also able to contribute to the success of other members by sharing my solutions to common problems.  Those who do not attend are the biggest losers.
